How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location but generally take 3-7 business days within Australia.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time we are unable to offer international shipping. If you reach out via our contact us form, we may be able to organise something to get our products to you.
Do you offer click & collect?
Yes! You should have an option at check out to choose in-store pickup - if you have any issues send us a message via the chat icon!
Orders are usually ready same day, except Monday/Tuesday (if you want to order and pick up on Monday/Tuesday, please send us a message and we'll see what we can sort out).
If you are worried about your order not being ready for collection when you need it, just send us a message!
I can't get there during opening hours! How can I collect my online order?!
If we aren't open during the hours you can make it to collect, send us a message through our contact page or a DM on instagram and we will try and find a time that works! We want you ready for that run!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in original condition, we are unable to offer refunds at this time and can only initiate exchanges or store credit. Please read our return policy and contact us to initiate a return.

Where is your store?
We are located at 3/267 Given Terrace, Paddington QLD! Check out our google page for opening hours, or our After Hours page for shopping outside regular hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods at checkout.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before shipping.
