Refund policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we offer exchange and credit options, subject to the following conditions:

  • Customers must contact us by email within seven (7) days of receiving their order, the return must be approved before sending 
  • There are no exchanges or credits given on clearance items
  • To be eligible, the returned items must be in the same condition that the customer received them in (i.e. tags are still in place and not altered, not worn or used, still in original packaging
  • You will need to provide the order number and email address used to place the order
  • All postage is at the customers expense, we do not provide any shipping/return labels
  • The item must be received by the store within 14 days of receiving approval, tracking must be used as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit
  • We do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty upon arrival

Once we have received your item and inspected it, you will be emailed your credit or notified of your exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In-store purchases

Returns can be made in store for a store credit or exchange subject to the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • There are no exchanges or credits given on clearance items
  • To be eligible, the returned items must be in the same condition that the customer received them in (i.e. tags are still in place and not altered, not worn or used, still in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Credits are valid both in store and online, you will receive this via email.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on perishable items (gels and bars), or personal care items (chafe sticks) 

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
